Brass Ring Brands LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as NuVestra (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operates ArterioRestore. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information when you visit arteriorestore.com, purchase our products, or contact us. It also applies to other NuVestra websites that link to this policy.
We currently sell and ship products only to customers in the United States.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide, information generated when you use our websites, and information received from companies that help us operate our business.
- Contact and order information: Your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, items ordered, payment status, and transaction history. Our payment providers process payment information to complete your purchase.
- Customer communications: Information you provide when you contact support, request a refund, submit a review, or otherwise communicate with us. Please do not send medical records or information that is unnecessary for your request.
- Website and device information: IP address, browser and device information, approximate location derived from your IP address, pages and videos viewed, links clicked, referral and advertising identifiers, and interactions with offers and checkout.
- Preferences and permissions: Your marketing choices, consent records, subscription selections, and requests to exercise privacy rights.
Information entered during checkout may be collected before you complete a purchase, including to maintain your cart, provide checkout assistance, and send permitted reminders.
We do not sell or rent customer lists.

Text Messaging
Mobile phone numbers, text message opt-in data, and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We may share this information with service providers as needed to operate our text-messaging program. The advertising-related sharing described elsewhere in this policy excludes text message opt-in data and consent records.
NuVestra’s website uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages by text message.
When you provide your mobile number and opt in, we use it to send order, shipping, delivery, and account notices, and, where you have agreed, marketing messages about NuVestra products. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our providers use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember selections, measure activity, and support advertising. These technologies may connect your activity across visits, devices, or websites.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may affect checkout or other website functions. Deleting cookies may also remove previously stored choices.
Our website does not currently respond automatically to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control browser signals.
Browser cookie settings and email unsubscribe requests serve different purposes. Unsubscribing from email does not, by itself, stop advertising-related disclosures.

Certain information may be retained or requests declined where the law permits or requires, including for transaction records, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. We will explain a denial and any applicable appeal process. You may appeal by replying to our response or emailing support@nuvestra.com with the subject “Privacy appeal.”
We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
California Residents
Where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, your rights include knowing and accessing personal information, deletion, correction, opting out of sale or sharing, and limiting uses of sensitive personal information where that right applies. The categories, sources, purposes, and recipients described above explain our practices during the preceding 12 months, or the shorter period in which we have operated the relevant service.
You may submit a sale or sharing opt-out request by emailing support@nuvestra.com or calling 888-528-7532. Sending a request does not itself disable cookies or pixels in your browser.
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of individuals under 16. California residents may also contact us to request information about disclosures for third parties’ direct marketing under California’s “Shine the Light” law.
Marketing Messages
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email. If you have enrolled in text messages, you can reply STOP to opt out or contact us for help. We may still send non-marketing communications needed to service your order or account, as permitted by law.
Retention and Security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy. We consider the type of information, the nature of our relationship with you, operational needs, and applicable tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal requirements. Marketing preferences and suppression records may be retained to respect your choices.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our products and websites are intended for adults, and purchases are restricted to individuals who are at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Links to third-party websites do not make us responsible for their privacy practices. Review those websites’ own policies.
Our business is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate.
